Italy: Associazione Moving Europe (AME)
This association was funded in 2015 and it has been involved in many European projects.
They have many volunteers and their projects are organized by the youth for the youth.
Objectives of the AME:
• To provide an alternative to spending their free time and energy consuming;
• To promote active participation in society;
• To provide equal opportunities for young people regardless of backgrounds;
• To help young people to know other cultures;
•To promote the European Union's fundamental values: anti-discrimination, social inclusion, intercultural learning, tolerance, cultural diversity;
• To promote and to use non-formal education;
• To organize intercultural youth exchanges, seminars and workshops
Main activities of organization are organization of seminars, conferences, discussions, work-camps, youth exchanges, forums on subjects: youth, ecology, voluntarism, peace, gender, human rights and media.
